David lives on Beacon Hill (Pinckney Street) with his wife, Laura, and daughter, Emma. He was a Hill House parent and program participant before becoming Executive Director. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest, but is a lifelong Red Sox fan. In his spare time, David enjoys cooking and plays blues harmonica.

Ian is originally from England and crossed the big pond 11 years ago to work at a summer camp. Since then Ian has been developing and implementing programs for Boston's youth. During his free time Ian enjoys playing golf and traveling.

Laurie, originally from Philadelphia, graduated from Northeastern University in 2004, with a degree in Communication Studies. A resident of Back Bay, Laurie enjoys biking around the city, photography, travel, and spending time with friends and family.

Liza, a native of Massachusetts whose maternal family came over on the Mayflower and fought in the American Revolution, has been with Hill House since October 1998. She lives in the old White family mansion in the Fenway, now a multi-family co-op. When not working, she gardens, bicycles, does needlepoint, makes afghans for the Germaine Lawrence school girls and writes.

Jillian, who is originally from Rhode Island, graduated from Suffolk in May of 2008. She began working at Hill House as a camp counselor in 2007. While at Suffolk she was a member of the soccer team. Jillian played soccer, basketball and softball throughout high school. In her free time Jillian enjoys playing the guitar, water-skiing, and traveling.

Kelsey began an internship with Hill House in early 2008 and is back full-time as the new Marketing & Community Relations Associate. Originally from Philadelphia, Kelsey graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Journalism. In her spare time, she enjoys running and traveling.

Joe, who grew up on the Cape, has been involved with Hill House for over two years. Joe began as a summer camp counselor and baseball coach before moving into his new role as Program Coordinator in Fall 2008. Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding and spending time with friends.
